ST. VINCENT DE PAUL DINING ROOM
SVdP serves those who struggle to make ends meet in Marin, providing emergency help with food and shelter. As a result of Coronavirus, the Free Dining Room at St. Vincent’s has developed a new system of providing bagged meals that is in compliance with social distancing and safety requirements.

GILEAD HOUSE FAMILY BUDDIES
Gilead House, which provides transitional housing for single mothers and their children, is looking for a “buddy family” for new families as they arrive. The moms will have mentors to work with them on goals and tasks as well as support from a case manager – the family buddies are there simply to offer a listening ear and an afternoon of (socially distanced) fun every once in a while. The time commitment is approximately 2-4 hours per month, and Gilead House will provide all necessary training. Please contact the Rev. Heather Erickson via email or 415.456.1102, x104.
